Customer Service
We collect your dry cleaning order on the specified time slot you have selected at the time of placing your order. The time slots we current collect are mornings between 8am-12pm & afternoons between 12pm-6pm. You will be notified on collection about the date your garments will be returned by our collection representative.

dryEasy are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). dryEasy collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will not pass your personal information on to anyone else. The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address phone number & email address. dryEasy will never collect sensitive information about you without your consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first. We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings. Returns
dryEasy are committed to providing the very best dry cleaning experience and if for whatever reason you believe your garments were not cleaned to a very high standard you can return your garments to us and we will clean them free. We need to be informed within 24hrs from the date of delivery of your garments. Please email returns@dryeasy.co.uk
Ordering
When an order has been placed on dryEasy you will get an instant notification of adry cleaning order acceptance. We will then allocate a collection representative to visit your address and pickup your dry cleaning garments. All orders are processed in real time and you can rest assured that we are always on time when picking up your dry cleaning. Once an order has been placed it cannot be amended in cases you want to add or remove items. We recommend you are 100% happy with the items in your wash basket before making an online payment.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All dry cleaning orders are processed securely using our third party merchant Nochex. Nochex offers high security merchant facilities that allow your details to be encrypted so cannot be accessible by anyone. All prices are fixed for each dry cleaning garment and are checked daily to be competitive. If you have received a promotion code you can enter it whilst placing the order to receive your discount. Please remember each promotion is different and can be terminated at at time by dryEasy.
Viewing Orders & Account Information
You can view your order status online by clicking "My Account" at the top of any screen on the website. There you will be able to view all of your recent orders, with the option to view older ones as well.
You can update your account information by clicking "My Account" at the top of any screen on the website. There you will be given the option to change your password, shipping & billing address, and phone number.
